Polishing Intakes Dag Verpeide |

| 1) Loosen the black hose clamp with a phillips screwdriver |

| 2) Loosen the two screws at bottom with a 8mm socket wrench. |
|
| 3) Disconnect the hoses at one intake at right side and two of the intakes at left side. Keep the manifolds in order so you know which go back where. |
|
| 4) You can just grab the tube and pull and it'll come right out with little effort. Remember to cover the heads and careful not to leave dust in there. |

| 5) The manifolds are cast aluminum with very rough surface. |
|
| 6) Step 1, I used a Dremel with small 200 grit sanding drums. |
|
| 7) Step 2, I used a poolish disk (about the same result as using a 1000 grit sanding drum) |
